Lovely UK-customer - The shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order (this costs only include the transport). Please be aware of that custom duties may be added. This is charged to any orders from outside the European Union. These costs are nothing we can refund the customer. 

For shipment less then GBP 135 no import VAT or duties are collected by Customs.

Lovely customers from Åland, please note that the prices you see on our site include VAT and this is also the price you pay in the checkout. The special rules that apply to delivery to Åland can mean that you pay VAT again. This is therefore not a cost we bear.

We offer a return label to customers from:

- Belgium - Luxembourg - Netherlands - Poland - Czech Republic - Austria - Italy - Slovakia - Slovenia - Spain - Hungary - Bulgaria - Estonia - Greece - Ireland - Croatia - Latvia - Lithuania - Portugal - Romania - Cyprus

Please print out the return label you receive to your email in the last step in our return process and glue it on the package. The return costs 5 EUR and is drawn from the amount you will be refunded in the return. Size exchanges is free and most be register in the same order. If you place a new order with the size you need we can not offer free return. 

To all other countries in EU you need to the return label yourself and is made at your own cost.

- Use your order number and email to log in to your order.

- Register the item or items you are sending back in the same process so that everything is registered at the same time.

- When picking reason code Too big or Too small you can pick a new size we send out for free. This option means free return cost. You don´t place a new order. But let us know when you shipped the parcel and we can click through the exchange process faster :) 

- Make sure that your aimn's are returned in a nice, unused condition without stains or defects and with their labels on.

- A used item will not be fully refunded.

- Preferably reuse all packaging we sent your order with and we are kind to the environment.

- Go to your DHL Parcel -service point if you use our label. Always save receipt for the return.

- It takes up to two weeks to process your return and we confirm this with a email when the return is handled. 

- We never refund you the "original"-shipping fee

Reclaim policy

  • Make sure you check all items as soon as you receive them.
  • If you want to make a complaint contact us at hello@aimn.com as soon as you notice the damage on your item, but not later than 7 days after delivery. 
  • When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably by sending us photos of the damage to hello@aimn.com
  • If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost and refund you the money as soon as we received the return.
  • Fill out the return paper that came with your order and follow the return instructions, please contact us at hello@aimn.com if you need any help!
